This policy explains what personal data Levels Above collects, and how we use it. Levels Above is a trading name of PACK GROUP LTD (company number 14304402, registered office Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9BQ), which is the controller of your data. We handle it in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect.

  • When you buy the course: your email address and a record of your purchase (the amount and the date). Stripe handles your card details, and we never see them.
  • When you use the course: which modules you’ve marked complete, when you first opened a module, and when you signed in.
  • If you joined our earlier waitlist: your email address and which page you signed up from.
  • When you browse the site: anonymous visit counts from Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn’t use cookies. If we advertise, we may also use the Meta Pixel on our public pages to measure those ads. It never runs inside the course.

How we use it. To give you access to the course, sign you in, send you the emails the service needs (your access email and sign-in links), help you when you contact us, handle refund requests, and keep the records the law requires. We only send you marketing if you’ve asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies. We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you use a sign-in link. They’re strictly necessary for the course to work, so we don’t ask for consent to set them.

Who we share it with. We use trusted providers to run the service, and they process your data only to provide it: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), Bunny.net (video streaming, which sees your IP address while you watch) and Umami (analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it. Your account and progress, for as long as you have access to the course. Purchase records, for six years, because UK tax law requires it. Waitlist details, until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Write to hello@levelsabove.ai and we’ll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
