This policy explains what personal data Levels Above collects when you buy a founding-member place, and how we use it. Levels Above is operated from the United Kingdom and we handle your data in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect. When you buy a place we collect your name and email address, and a record of your purchase and enrolment code. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

How we use it. We use your email to send your enrolment code and confirmation, to share access details and updates about the course, and to respond to you if you contact us. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to Levels Above.

Who we share it with. We use trusted providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending your confirmation and course emails) and Vercel (hosting). They process your data only to provide these services. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it. We keep your purchase and contact records for as long as needed to deliver the course and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email hello@levelsabove.ai and we’ll action it promptly.
